Simply Seasonings Double Cooked Roast Potatoes
Ingredients:
Potatoes of your choice
Your choice of Simply Seasoning
Fry light oil
Method:
1) Peel and roughly chop your potatoes into your required size.
2) Bring to the boil your potatoes until they go through with a knife and split. Place your potatoes into a colander and shake to rough up the edges on the potatoes.
3) Spray your potatoes with fry light and coat them well. Add 3 teaspoons of your chosen simply seasonings and shake to ensure seasoning has coated the potatoes.
4) We prefer to use an air fryer and cook for 23 minutes, shake half way through until crispy and golden on the outside and soft on the inside.
You could also use an oven if you didn't have an air fryer, lay them onto a baking sheet and cook until golden and crispy.
5) If you require add more Seasoning and enjoy!
