Ingredients:
2 chicken legs
1/2 diced onion
4 tsp of Simply Seasoning Salt and Pepper
Chopped fresh Chillies
Method:
1) Prepare your chicken by adding a few cuts, then massage your chicken with 4 teaspoons of Salt and Pepper Seasoning and add into the flesh of the chicken. Then place on a baking tray.
2) Add your onion, chopped chillies and add to the top of your chicken and air fry until golden and cooked.
Note: You can choose your favourite cut of chicken to your taste, you could also cook this recipe in the oven until golden turning half way through.
You can also marinade your chicken in the fridge for up to 24 hours before cooking for maximum flavour.
