Ingredients:
1 leg of lamb
1/2 diced onion
4 tsp of Simply Seasoning Salt and Pepper
Chopped fresh Chillies
Method:
1) Prepare your lamb by adding a few cuts, then massage your lamb with 4 teaspoons of Salt and Pepper Seasoning and add into the flesh of the lamb. Then place on a baking tray.
2) Add your onion, chopped chillies and add to the top of your lamb and air fry until golden and cooked.
Note: You can choose your favourite cut of meat to your taste, you could also cook this recipe in the oven until golden turning half way through.
You can also marinade your lamb in the fridge for up to 24 hours before cooking for maximum flavour.
